Great Turnout for Local Event Thank you to Lauren Golden, Psychotherapist and Play Therapist, for delivering a wonderful Parental Workshop on Teen Anxiety in the centre tonight. It was excellently attended by the public. Thank you to Mayfield CDP for collaborating with us and funding the event. Feedback from those who attended was extremely positive.

Workshop for Parents on Teen Anxiety Thursday, 1 October 2026 6:00pm–7:30pm St. Joseph's Community Centre Old Youghal Road Mayfield Cork A workshop for parents on teen anxiety with Lauren, a psychotherapist and play therapist based in Cork. The workshop will provide psychoeducation and practical tools for parents, with time for questions and answers to help parents support their teens. Spaces are open to people living in the community.
